I'm wondering if I should / must / had better use 'THE' in this context.
Using the definite/indefinite articles always makes me puzzled.
"Is it bad to watch TV every day?"
"No, In my opinion, watching TV is not bad. I think we can watch TV every day. However, it's not good to watch TV for hours. I's also important to choose THE good programs."
