Please correct this sentence..

If someone told me that, "I'm a good doctor, Isn't it?"
Then I wanted to say him just for kidding, "I'm wondering in which section?"

Then can I reply him like that way? I mean is that way correct?

Your friend should say "I'm a good doctor, aren't I?" so you reply "I'm wondering in this section?" that is corrected.

The first part is wrong. You need this:

I'm a good doctor, aren't I?

The second part doesn't make sense. "section" doesn't seem to be the right word. I don't know what you mean. I'd change it to "department".

I'm wondering in which department.

I think he means "specialty" (AmE) or "speciality" (BrE). "

- I'm a good doctor, aren't I?

- I'm wondering in which specialty."
