Please correct this sentence

Hello,

This is translated from another language into English. I had to put 'On Nick's advice' and 'at her ease' in this sentence, but I am not sure I used them correctly. Maybe they should be removed in English version?

Her hand stretched out toward a coffee cup in which on Nick's’s advice she was keeping clonidine at her ease.
