please correct my sentence. I want to write the email to seller for apologise for late payment in formal pattern. Can I write this sentence below?

"We are sorry for late payment due to payment schedule is settled to transfer dated 15^th every month. In addition, we plan to transfer the payment to you within week33"

Your meaning is not clear to me at all. Perhaps this?

We are very sorry that our payment is late. Our payments are always made on the 15^th of every month. We will pay you in week 33. What does week 33 mean?

If I were the seller, I wouldn't like being told that I always have to wait until the 15th of the month.

Does the person you are writing to know what week 33 means?

Why not just say 'We will pay you on 15th. August' ?
