Please correct this paraphrase

was listening to Kathryn Kuhlman's sermon online provided by christiansunite.com website and I would paraphrase what she seemed to have said and wish you would correct my rough paraphrase. Can you help me to do a better job of paraphrasing too?

In her powerful sermon in her ringing voice, I heard this paraphrased part of her message that added a new understanding of what God wants to be. Roughly as I can remember, I believe she said that nine out of ten of our troubles come from not understanding God's will. She added that we put our will over that of God. She went on to tell us that people might come to her for advice and would be sincere about wanting her advice, but after they listen to her advice, they are going to (will --OK?) do exactly what they want. I found this part of her message painfully frank and at the same time, refreshing to hear since it confirmed what I have come to know after years of being a Christian. I agree with her wholeheartedly when she seemed to have said that the hardest thing a man can do is let go of his will and receive His will instead
