Dear sir,MEPA is the apex body which was established by marine pollution prevention act 2008 for reduce, control and prevent marine pollution of Sri Lankan waters.It is bring your kind attention that we are making an initiative to establish an environment resources center at Holy cross college, Payagala in the hope that will help to disseminate environmental knowledge among young generation.The resources centre consist of environment related books, magazines and other reference materials published by several government institutions and NGOs.
