00We need to move fast and makes these arrangements: Did anyone arrange for a place to hold the birthday party? I think there will be around 50 people, mostly relatives of both grandmother's and grandfather's sides showing up for the event-- I am making that number up based on how many people showed up last year. How about our first cousin living in XXX. Since he is living abroad, do we need to send the invitation now? Should we inform him of the event by phone, regular mail or express mail? Who is going to manage the expenses involved in getting a restaurant space, assuming we have the party at a restaurant, and the expenses involved?02br

Let's discuss these things and get things organized -- the faster we get them organized, the better it is, I think. John, I think you were the person who arranged everything for our grandfather's birthday last year -- I think everyone liked the arrangement, expecially the place (was it XXX in Seoul?). Since everyone was happy with it, how about you coming out with a place -- do you have any other special place, like a restaurant, in mind, where it is located centrally so everyone can get to the place easily by car or subway?
