Hi, Please correct this and answer some questions below.
I just thought about you and precious times we had/spent together and that is why I am writing this email. I hope you are doing well. As far as I can remember, I think you said you would be getting married soon when we talked last approximately two months ago and I think it would be nice to talk about what has been happening to us by getting together soon.
Are these correct? Are these expressing wishes with present-time implications?
I wish we could (as past of the modal 'can'?) friends more years to come.
I wish you could (as past of the modal 'can'?) forgo/let go of those thoughts of yours of getting back with Steve.
I wish you would (as past of the modal 'will'?) do me a favor by mailing the letter I gave you as soon as possible.
