Hi. Please correct this.

We need your involvement. I believe an organization like this needs the support from all its members, not just a few of the members, to function properly and effectively. Thus, I hope you give us your valuable feedback like saying how you liked our last seminar and/or what you think we need to improve on. I am sure the feedback like those (that?) will cause us to rethink and readjust our operational courses as deemed fit. I feel each of you is like a cog in a wheel, which needs to be in place all the time for the wheel to roll properly.
