Please correct this

Hi. Please correct this.

A few months ago, I learned something that I didn't knew before. The story goes like this. One day, I was hiking up a small mountain. It had a long, rough trail and I and some friends of mine went up the trail slowly. When we went up a little, we came on a wooden house, pretty big in size. The dogs were barking loudly as we approached the house. Then, a face appeared through a slight opening of a door -- it was a middle-aged woman. She asked who we were and we told her that we lived near the mountain, not far away. We then got down to talk and she asked one question, point blank, during the conversation: Do you know whom we most scared of considering that we live in a very remote area in a mountain where no other house is to be seen miles down and up? I pondered the question and answered, "a lion" but she let out a deep breath and said, "It is a human." Now, that was something painful to hear and painful to ponder long about its validity.
