Hi, please correct this.
If came to my attention that there are students who are munching on their snacks while in class. As you know, we have a rule that states that no food is allowed in class. It isn't so much an issue of food being eaten in class than the distraction it creates for those in class. Several students have written to me complaining the distracting noise they hear when someone bites into those crisp and hard buscuits -- "Crack! crack, crack ..." They are imploring me to do something about it and I am asking those of you who are munching on buscuits in class to stop doing it rightaway. If you are caught munching on buscuits in class, you will be reprimanded for your action. A munching is harmless but when it is done in class where students' attention needs to be focused, it creates a need to do something about it.
