Dear members,

I want to send warm greetings to all the members and hope you all have a great year ahead. The world is changing rapidly and the emerging era of globalization seems to have planted seeds of doubt and insecurity in the minds of our members; but I assure you that the courses we have been taking over the past few years will not change during my leadership and I don't particularly feel we have to feel any negatively of the changes taking place. As many leaders around the globe seem repeately to have said, when asked about this emerging phenomenon, globalization presents people not only with challenges but also opportunities; and it is my urging that we should focus on those opportunities and find ways to make the best of the situations we may find ourselves in.

Dear members, we shouldn't fear the unknown -- but should take a strong heart and go boldly toward a new future, the future that may unfold many unexpected blessings. The history of the world seems to be strewn with examples where by taking a coyish gestures, one finds themselves more in unwarranted, difficult situations than had they taken pro-active gestures. Let us welcome the challenges and reap the fruit of great opportunities that will very well come very soon.
