Please correct theses sentences

Note that maybe you have repeated the expenses which have ocurred in the period of xxxx to xxxxx.
Installation of flyscreens to / on existing windows.
Repair damaged sliding door for / to dressing cupboard
I crosscked the time hours against out daily time record again, but still it is showing only xxxx hrs
