Please correct these sentences and partial sentences

Hi.

1. Great things are happening to us and I am happy/glad to be here to watch it (them?) happen.

2. Good luck to you all (all of you??) in your pursuit of your dreams.

I have used this part of the sentence in a thread I started named "Present perfect tense analysis." How would they be different? I think the word "prove" can be both a transitive and intranitive verb. ?

The programs have proved so bad that ...

The programs have been proved (proven?) so bad that ...

The programs have been proved (proven?) to be so bad that ...
