Please correct these

Please help me with these sentences. Please correct these. I am particularly curious as to how to phrase what comes after the words like "addresses" and "include" and "presents."

1. He addresses a variety of ways in which health can be achieved (based on his experience), identifying key issues that a person encounter in pursuit of his/her health, and how to eventually win the battle to win back the health.

2. He discusses the process of eating right and how to achieve success.

3. He presents (on??) concepts of eating right, understanding basic four groups and maintaining faith in one's dietary regimen.
