Please correct these
Hi. Please correct these.
1) I am proud to say that I am leaving this company as treasurer with more money in the company's balance than any year I can think of since I have been treasurer for this company five or so years ago.
2) People took home with more things than what they had when they came in, and I am proud to say that there were a few more people with smiles than when they came in.
3) Modern art buffs, connoisseurs of culture and most of all, the curious, are certain to be entralled.
4)... I enclose (am enclosing??) our family picute. That's all. Good luck Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

(since you dated the sentence [five or so years ago], you are fixing this part of the sentence in the past, so you must use a past simple and not a present perfect.
