where does the word had go in each sentence?

1) I had never asked to meet these kinds of people
2) I had never imagined that this illustrious friendship would ever end
3) I had never forgot how great the trip was.
4) That plan had never materialized.
5) I had never experience so much joy in one year versus two years.
6) I had never got the chance to say goodbye
