Please correct the wordings
We would like to discontinue sending the detailed variance analysis report to the area managers since it is very consuming to prepare a detailed report for each country.
Instead, we will produce a summary report and send to the managers if it is really required. Currently we are busy with working on the special report requested by the executive management.
So we will look into the new report format by next week and will discuss with you the conclusion before sending to managers. Also the controlling team is periodically sending the analysis file to all managers.
They can do the detailed analysis by using that file. We are happy to help them in case any assistance required.
