With reference to the preceding e-mails, our conversations and your attached schedule of the proposed basketball courts repair work, we have already reserved the courts for your work from 13.02.2017 to 29.03.2017 upon your response. Concerning the planned design of the courts, we have generally no specific comment on it provided that the floor leveling work should be completed first and the line marking of the courts (24m (W) x 34 (L)) as well as the chosen colors can comply with the requirements from the World Basketball Association and any relevant safety regulations. You may also take the previous similar design like in BCO Playground as a reference when drafting your design in the further process.
