Agreed! But in my case Europass CV is basically for public/ goverment positions.

For Private Sector, my draft CV is written in one page only !

According to my Europass CV, I kept some text which I have copied from my Course Syllabus in order to help you to catch the concept and then to apply any corrections to the rest sections/ parts, etc of my CV.

This is huge amount of text. The main thing I notice is that there are no sentences, only fragments. Sometimes the fragment starts with a participle (e.g. maintaining, planning...) and sometimes a 3rd-person present or past finite verb, and sometimes a noun phrase. If you are going to write in fragments (which is not my prefered style), you should at least be consistent. There a
