1) I have been waiting for your reply three months but still no answer
2) Please do not keep slience .........
3) The cargo had been released. Please revise the inspection to (for) us ASAP.
4) Attached the "pending" inspection report for PO 12345 & 23456 which had been released. Please revise the report to "passed" for us ASAP.
5) We cannot accept this charge for the new cartons box replacement. All the purchase order had required for 1% packaging material which was included instruction sheet, gift box, carton box. Please arrange 225 new carton boxes for next shipment.
