Please correct the sentence?

Did you get a call?
No Sir, I got a call from unknown number at 07.27 pm but at that time I was in class

There's no need to use the 24-hour time format with am/pm.

7 pm isn't 07 in any case. If you did want to use the 24-hour format, it 07 for 7 am and 19 for 7 pm.
