1) These samples should be handled by Helen, please contact her for further arrangement This is actually two sentences. You need to put either a period or 'so' after 'Helen'.

2) We cannot identify this no., please provide us more details For more formal writing, don't use abbreviations. Again, this consists of two separate sentences.

3) They just had some confusions, and the problem was solved You can't count confusion. You need 'but' instead of 'and'.

You need periods at the end of each of these.
