Please correct the "Reply show csuse notice"

Dear Sir

Subject: Reply to Show Cause Notice (under the reference no SC/MO/1008/05)

I acknowledge the receipt of your show cause notice dated on April 05, 2016. In response, I would like to inform you that I have not violated the rules & regulations indicated in show cause notice because of the following reasons:

On the allegation no 1, you have stated that on 17th February, 2016 I have done a SIM replacement bearing the number of 01856426325 without verifying or observing the process of compliance. On this note, I would like to say that I never did this activity.

On the allegation no 2, I strongly disagree with this statement because the mentioned date my clock out was 19:00:56 while the replacement processed time was at 20:28:25 which never match with the statement. Moreover, I have my own user ID & password from the beginning. So, there is no option lied that I have to use other colleague’s user ID. Furthermore, if someone share’s his/her user ID with me, he/she should be in violation of IT policy. So everyone is concern about this policy & there‘ll no chance of getting user ID & password other the mine. (Enclosed Access Control System generated clock in & clock out time)

On the allegation No 3, I strongly also disagree with this statement as my 11 years of service career in Robi, I never violet any company rules & regulations in past & present & will never do such thing that indicates the breaches the Company process’s.

As support to my reply, I enclosed the following documentary as evidences:
· Access Control System generated Clock in & Clock out time.

· QMS generated report on 17.02.2016 where last customer served time enlisted.

· Last printed copy of Cash Collection sent mail where time showed.

· On 17th February, 2016 SMAP Interact Log Query report where shown the replacement possessed time.

In light of the above, my acts/omissions were not amount to misconduct pursuant to Robi’s Code of Conduct, Guiding Principles & Policies. As I had left the office before the incident occurred so I don’t think if there is any violation against me. I have been regular and punctual and my performance of duty accordingly is very satisfactory. I hope no disciplinary action will be taken against me as I already did the assessment.

I’m looking forward your kind consideration to review again to find out the real causes of this misconduct.

Tanking you
Bazlur
