Please correct the phrase.

I want to wish:

Have a happy and safe holiday tour of/to Singapore and Malaysia.

1) Is it correct to say 'holiday tour' or should it be only either 'holiday' or 'tour'?

2) Should it be 'happy and safe' or 'safe and happy'? Similarly, should it be 'Singapore and Malaysia' or 'Malaysia and Singapore'?
