please correct the paragraph
hello friends....please check the grammar mistakes.
"' As we know that, every organization,big or small, commercial or noncommercial generate large amount of data each day. Most of the time the generated data exists in many forms, like paper reports, memos, business cards, customer informations, payment details etc etc. Or we can Say that these informations (data ) are very disorganized. For the successful running of any organization or business, these data has to be sorted, organized and stored in to electronic data base (continueously). So that these organized data can be made into use at any time. So data entry job is basically preparing the data base from the raw data for commercial and noncommercial purposes. The development of Internet technology made it possible that the data entry job can be done online. Much of the data entry job is outsourced. So the number of data service companies increased."'
