I am Pasupuleti Lalitha, wife of Pasupuleti Prasada Rao who is no more. I am lived in Allipuram Area. Our house is at Door No: 3-10-12, Karanala Street, Allipuram, Vizag -4. I have three own houses which are rent houses. I got 8400/- per month for each house. I am studied 7th class. I lead my life with house rents only. I have no other option. This letter serves to bring your attention to the fact that Mr. Sankar Rao and his family rented the house on 10th June 2015. At the time of advance he told me that he do Real Estate works but he actually Lawyer. After we gave the house we know the fact. He is liar. Actually his mother-in-law pay the rent for every month. But she is not here. She stayed another street. She has to pay 2800/- on 10th of month but Every month She has paid 2800/- at the end of the month. That’s why I warned her. But I didn’t notice any response from her. Till now she do like that. That’s why I gave two months time for vacate the house. But she is not willing to recognize this. And Mr. Sankar Rao and his wife argued and disputes with his neighbours. Every day they create nonsense. Sankar Rao’s mother-in-law didn’t come to my house. That’s why I told to Sankar Rao’s wife ask your mother for rent and come and meet me otherwise you didn’t get municipal water. She didn’t care. Next day her husband come and dispute with me about water. I told him you can use motor water. But he wants to use municipal water. I am a single mother. I have no support from anybody. Every day he harassed me. I am asking him for rent. He told me that he will not give the rent his mother-in-law pay the rent and ask her for rent. I am asking his mother-in-law. She didn’t care anything about rent. I told to Mr. Sankar Rao I gave two months time for vacate the house. He said to me he didn’t vacate the house. He didn’t pay the rent. He is very careless for this.
Please do needful. I hope you will understand my problem. Please solve this. Please take an immediate action on them. I have no support and lead my life with house rent. What can I do? Please send the concerned officers and teach them a lesson. Please save me and so scared of them.
