Topic: Visit to train the operators who is going to handle the P2005 tool.

Outcome: One of the operators mishandled the P2005 tool last week. The nose piece of the tool stuck up inside the internal thread and it doesn't come up. I removed the guiding pin and then turned the tool anti clock wise. Although the nose piece got damaged while repair, the tool is working fine. I gave the training to the operators and informed as to how to handle the tool in a proper manner.
