Please correct the following two sentences

1. I had my wallet pickpocketed by the pickpockets.

2. The price is at under 10 dollars

I want to know how if it is correct to use pickpocketed with the wallet? If not then why and correct the sentence.

In the second sentence I want to know if i can use 'at under' in the sentence. I mean if using 'at' with 'under' is correct?

Or

eg I had my pocket picked, and my wallet was stolen.
