Please correct the following sentences



As you requested, the following items have been delivered to the site in May, and delivery notes relating to these items has been given you for the client's approval, but we haven't yet received the signed delivery notes. so please arrange for the hand over of signed delivery notes to us at the earliest.

Please note that the "Delivery Note" is a very valuable fact for incorporation in the final billing, and also, it is one of our major procedure to keep the records for in & out items.
