Please correct the following sentences


As you requested, the above items were delivered to Mr.X on 06.10.08, but he didn't accept the following item due to non conformity.

Also, not that no size ref. was mentioned in the PO. We have mentioned the received size in our material received report , and also the above item was delivered to you for crosschecking as you requested.

However, he din't sign the delivery note and even he didn't return the non conformity item as well.
