Since the municipality doesn't have the contracts with any subcontractor, they can't give a permanent garbage bin
as we requested. But they have already arranged a private subcontractor who will be collecting the rubbish
daily before 6.30am in the morning. They will do these exercises unless they have a new subcontractor.

At present the municipality doesn't have any subcontractor. The existing contract has been expired. But they have private non-contracted company for disposing of rubbish daily for a time being. The big subcontractor has only the garbage bin and other equipments for disposing / collecting of rubbish, so they can't provide a garbage bin unless they form a contract with any of the big subcontractor.
