Please correct the following sentence

Those who have come by any means what will be done to them, now that is the question.

(The line above tells about the Rohingya people coming to Bangladesh)

Thanks for your answer. But the original sentence does not have any question mark like you used and the original sentence is only one sentence. You skipped "by any means" but the original sentence has a word which means "by any means they are coming to Bangladesh." By original I meant the source (Bengali sentences). Any suggestion on the sentences below?

That's fine, though it's not clear what 'by any means' adds to the statement. It seems to me that 'by any means' may be simply a short way of referring to those who come by train or by boat or by car or by walking. Does that really make a difference?

It's impossible to translate exactly from one language to another. I might translate that as ... come to Bangladesh heedless of the dangers (of the trip).
