Please correct the following letter for me please,

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to my wife Mrs.XXX’s application for Further Leave to Remain FLR(M). I’ve applied for my Indefinite Leave to Remain SET(O) on XX XXX 2012 by postal service bearing SPECIAL DELIVERY No: XXXXXXXXXXXX and am still awaiting decision from the UKBA. Please find enclosed a copy of my acknowledgement letter bearing Ref No: ILXXXXXX/001.

Since, my wife’s Leave to Remain is about to expire and I haven’t heard anything on my application (as of now), she has left with no other option but to send her application no later than XX XXX 2013. I hereby kindly request you to accept my wife Oyunbileg Davaasuren’s application and link her application with my SET (O) application, as my passport and rest of the documents are with UKBA.

Could you please uphold her FLR (M) application until my SET (O) application has been concluded. I shall update you as soon as I get a decision on my application.
