Have you requested to send the transportation receipt to us? When should we expect to receive it?


Susan’s computer was down for a couple days since February 9^th. If you sent her an email during this period,

Susan's computer has been down since February 9 and had just come back up. If you sent her any e-mail during that period, please resend it. We regret the inconvenience.

(You can't say " a couple days" since Feb 9 if it's now the 16th, or you don't know which days it was down.)

Thanks, Grammar Geek. Yes, what I said assumes that the computer was down from Feb. 9th until the day the email was sent out. Yours is explicitly stated which is clearer.
