Please correct the easy sentence

The goods are request delivery by end of February, and need to catch the vessel departure March 5th. The LC will be processed tomorrow.

Does this make sense to you? Delivery is requested for the end of February, but the vessel doesn't leave until March 5.

There may need to be some rewording here. I think I just confused myself![:^)]
