Sub: refund my money 349/-

Dear sir,

While using my laptop on 1^st may 2017, I got one bharati airtel tab “Congratulations” for using airtel network services , I opened ,I answered the question then one message showed , your win the iPhone 7. I’m happy I don’t get any conformation details for the wining iPhone. They asked 349/- for shipment charges. They send the message “you have requested to pay 349/- for skill game. Your pin number is 1111. Valid till 01.05.2017. They deducted the amount in my prepaid airtel number 9848462111. After that I have received the message from them “Thank you for using your airtel mobile number 9848462111 for 349.00 towards skill game app on 01.05.2017 8:30PM. TXN id 118109571. please contact Email Removed">Email Removed for any queries along with your TXN Id.” But i had not get any confirmation message regarding delivery of the phone or refund the money not yet. So i request you to deliver the phone or refund the money as early as possible. I have also informed the "national consumer help line" regarding this issue. If I'll not get any satisfactory reply from you I'll file a case against the site Email Removed">Email Removed
