Please, correct some lines from CV

The lines is following:

- I developed and implemented the scheme for getting the long-time debt.
- I developed the prepay contract schema for one big customer (it was impossible previous).
- I grew Central Asia region’s sales from $XX to $YY

The mentioned ations was heppend and completely make. Is the sentences right from the viewpoint of grammar? If it incorrect, please, correct.

Listed sentences mean my achievements.
So, perhaps it should be past perfect tense instead past simple tense:

That is present perfect, not past perfect, but anyway: no. Stick with the simple past for specific achievements on a CV. You should use present perfect for acquired skills: I have gained extensive experience in contract negotiation and recently obtained certification as a Certified Accountant.
