Please correct sentences

1. I'm gonna buy it from you. Or

I'm gonna buy it off you.

2. I've comprehended everything you've said to me. Or

I comprehend everything you've said to me.

3. I need a flight on October 1st. Or

I need a flight for October 1st.

Please tell me if these sentneces are correct and the difference between them.
