Or

Ty3-gypsy retro transposons are widely spread in plant kingdom, occupies the major portion of genome

I think retro transposons are usually written as one word, ie retrotransposons.

And Ty3/gypsy seems to use a slash, not a hyphen.

You should check the above spellings.

I don't understand the technicalities of all this, but in terms of normal grammar neither sentence seems right to me.

I'd edit as follows.

Ty3/gypsy retrotransposons are widely spread in the plant
