Your ad said that you were looking for a Spanish native speaker to babysit your 2 boys. Since you just told me that your kids don't speak Spanish. I think they are looking for more of a conversationalist as opposed to a babysitter. Babysitting rate is about $8 an hour but conversational lesson go for about $20. I'm not going to charge you full price but was wondering if you were willing to up your rate.
