We got a many orders for the 3rd and 4th quarter, the sales is bill up / increase to xxx . However, all the work seems messy now. Because some peoples are overload but some peoples are still leisure. Top management did not take care with who is working hard, who is lazy. So .. better to looking for the other chance next year. Here is no one will appreciate with your work.
