Please correct my text

This is an irrevocable transferable LC. The terms are based on UPC 600, if the applicant (our customer) refuse the payment, then the 1st beneficiary (our company) is need to take the ability to pay. So that, this is not request for the formal letter from our customer to accept the late shipment to you.
