Hello!There is a spelling mistake in each of the following sentences and I must correct it .Can you tell me if I`m right or wrong?1 I saw the advertismentin in a newspaper yesterday.I saw the advertisment in a yesterday`s newspaper.   This is my correction.2 A doctor`s first responsability is to her patients.A doctor`s first responsability is to his patients.     Is it correct?3 To her great dissapointment, we all had to leave early.To her great dissapointment, we all had to leave earlier.   Is it correct?4 I went to my father to ask him for his oppinion on the matter.I went to my father to ask him his oppinion on the matter.   Is it correct?Thank you!

- Advertisement, and not *advertisment. Besides, there is no need to put a space after the apostrophe (the same applies to subsequent examples).

Anonymous2 A doctor`s first responsability is to her patients.
A doctor`s first responsability is to his patients. Is it correct?

- the obvious spelling mistake is 'a' instead of 'i' in the word 'responsibility' (and not *responsability). More contextual background is required to determine the gender of the possessive determiner (his/her), but if the statement is made about all doctors, it is recommended to rephrase so that to avoid gender bias:

Doctors' first responsibility is to help their patients.

The sentence with 'her' in your example implies that the doctor is a woman, while your correction may be taken to mean that the doctor is either a man or any doctor regardless of gender (here gender bias is evident).

- the mistake is orthographical, again. The word is disappointment, and not *dissapointment. 'Early' is correctly used in the first sentence.
