Hi all,

You are all welcome to our program `our writers in USA'. For this program allotted time will be 60 minutes. There are 10 books are going to introduce/ review in this program. X’s two books S's two books getting eight minutes time . Except these books, all other books will get 6 minutes. Please get prepare with your write-up, according to given time limit. Try to finish your speech before your time ends.

Thanks for agreeing to join with me. Will see you all at the conference.
