Please correct my sentences

Please note that the updated inventory list has already been forwarded to you recently. But, this inventory list doesn't contains the items which were returned from the respective sites because we have to discuss with our department concerned before adding any items to stock . This is our regular procedure for updating stock whenever. As soon as we have approval from the department conerned we will update the stock at once. Also, note that these projects are just completing only, we are receiving and issuing the items to site on cancellation / requirement. So we can give only the updated inventory when the projects have been completed. Anyway, I can give you the list of items which were returned from the site.
