please correct my sentences~

I wrote a diary in English for the first time, and i'm not sure if i wrote it correctly.
If it has some mistakes, plese correct them. Thank you.

Did I spend time well today? I think the answer is "Compeletly No".

I got up very late same as yesterday, so I lost the morning.

And I didn't do anything i planed yesterday in the afternoon,too.
