Please, correct my sentences.

Please, correct my sentences in case of mistakes:

- My life here is very busy (or my life is very busy here ?).

- Life here is different,but I'm getting used to (or but I'm getting used to it ?).

- The earth (or the land of "Picasso" ?) What's the difference?

- Today in the lunch I ate a delicious pizza. Is it correct to say in the lunch, or have we always to say during lunch...?

- On this vacation I'm staying in her house (or staying at her house ?)

Is there any specific word used to refer to the mafia's boss ? Or we just say the mafia's boss?
