Please correct my sentence

She wants to know what you look/looked like before the surgery.

She wants to know what this room looks/looked like before the renovation.

If I went to the party, she would get mad at me.
If I go to the party she will/would get mad me.

In a conditional sentence, if I use would, should the if phrase be past as well?
