Please correct my sentence.

Please correct my sentence for sending email.

Dear all concerns,

I have met supplier to solve the problem of plastic bag so I would like you help to prepare them on our stocks. The supplier will come to take them on this friday and then they will return some bags next day. By the way we use continuous plastic bags so we have to send some bag for repairing first. After that we will send the rest to them to repair.
